Having to return to a job to correct any problems that a customer might have is fundamentally a cost we can’t afford…so we pay a great deal of time and attention whilst working for our customers to ensure all possible avenues that could lead to dissatisfaction are eradicated.   

We always listen to our customers requirements when ever practicable…that is to say we don’t go off on a tangent and think…that’s the way we always do it and it’s worked out ok for other customers…your input is important…we want to get it right…we will get it as close as we can taking into consideration any practicalities and any current building regulations…Customer satisfaction is another one of our top priorities.

We will always try and be as flexible as we can…Flexible time stamps throughout the working day is something we try and do our best with, especially if there are consideration to be made with regards to noise levels ie shift workers (neighbours) (sickness) we shall endeavour to complete the work throughout the contract with as much decorum and respect required for all concerned.
